Our work covers the built environment, public facilities design, and social innovation. We adopt user-centred research methods and design processes to deliver solutions that are accessible, usable, understandable, as well as aesthetically pleasing for the end users. We organise public engagement and educational programmes, conduct research, and influence policy for the benefit of the sustainability, environment, arts, culture, placemaking, community, and social issues sectors.

We also work collaboratively with government departments, NGOs, academic and research institutions, and businesses to create long-lasting solutions to pressing economic, social, and environmental issues.
