Our work revolves around the 17 Sustainable Develop Goals proposed by the United Nations as a blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all people and the world by 2030.
Public Design’s purpose is to make life better through design. We work with grassroots and government departments to design inclusive products, curate public awareness programmes, and conduct studies that create the conditions for impact. We provide design consultation to charities, foundations, social enterprises, corporates, and the public sector to maximise social impact on the lives of the people they serve.
We support individuals and organisations in developing products, structures, and systems that incorporate values of inclusivity, accessibility, and equity.
We convert raw data into important information that challenges and inspires the design industry and public sector.
We translate design theories into solutions that work in the real world.
We curate showcases for both local and international inclusive design practices.
We design community activities that disseminate knowledge and raise awareness on public-interest design.
We tackle real world design problems through human-centred research methods and experimentation.
